\u00fcldkoosolekust kas isiklikult v\u00f5i volitatud esindaja kaudu;<br \/>3.2.1.3. saada \u00fcldkoosoleku protokolli \u00e4rakiri ja selle v\u00e4ljav\u00f5te;<br \/>3.2.1.4. saada teavet \u00dchistu tegevuse tulemuste kohta;<br \/>3.2.1.5. saada juhatuselt teavet k\u00f5igis \u00fcldkoosoleku p\u00e4evakorda v\u00f5etud k\u00fcsimustes;<br \/>3.2.1.6. saada kirjalikke teateid \u00fcldkoosolekute toimumise aja, koha ja p\u00e4evakorra kohta, v\u00e4lja arvatud juhul, kui seaduse kohaselt v\u00f5ib \u00fcldkoosoleku kutse edastada e-postiga v\u00f5i p\u00e4evalehes ja \u00dchistu veebilehel avaldamise teel;<br \/>3.2.1.7. valida ja olla valitud \u00dchistu juhtimis- ja kontrolliorganistesse;<br \/>3.2.1.8. osaleda \u00dchistu kasumi jaotamisel vastavalt p\u00f5hikirjas s\u00e4testatule;<br \/>3.2.1.9. osaleda \u00dchistu l\u00f5petamisel allesj\u00e4\u00e4nud vara jaotamisel vastavalt liikme panusele osakapitali<br \/>3.2.1.10. kasutada \u00dchistu poolt osutatavaid teenuseid;<br \/>3.2.1.11. v\u00f5tta osa \u00dchistu tegevusest;<br \/>3.2.1.12. osaleda \u00dchistu korraldatavatel \u00fcritustel;<br \/>3.2.1.13. astuda \u00dchistust
